Holidaymakers select their preferred cottage or pitch online, consult features, rates and availability, and complete the reservation with saved preferences. A firm booking is confirmed when the campsite accepts the reservation and receives a 25 % deposit; the balance is payable 30 days before arrival by debit/credit card on the secure website or by telephone with the booking reference, or by bank transfer (processing 2–4 days). Bookings can be amended subject to availability. Works council subsidies can be arranged by contacting the campsite directly. During their stay, guests wear a wristband that grants access to the water park and serves as a cashless payment device (recharged online, at reception, or at the tourist information point using cash, bank card or holiday vouchers). On-site purchases accept bank cards, restaurant voucher cards and the LM Pass wristband. Charcoal, gas or electric barbecues are allowed on pitches and rental terraces.
